Description

  • Guide building owners throughout the construction process
  • Lead and future-proof private-sector architecture projects, including new-build and renovation work
  • Review concepts critically and refine them with sustainability engineers when needed
  • Manage permit applications and related procedures
  • Prepare tender packages and convert them into execution documentation
  • Monitor construction activities
  • Analyze project files and proactively develop execution plans
  • Maintain relationships with clients and public authorities
  • Present architectural concepts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Approximately three years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of environmental permits in Brussels and/or Wallonia is a strong advantage
  • Good working knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Critical, creative, curious, and motivated approach to work
  • Strong communication, client-service, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of materials and an interest in facade engineering
  • Knowledge of spatial-planning legislation
  • Willingness to work in a young and dynamic team
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and French
