Architect – Antwerp (Hybrid)
Architect role at Arcadis supporting sustainable new-build and renovation projects in Antwerp. Responsibilities span permits, tender and execution documentation, client coordination, and construction supervision.
विवरण
- Guide building owners throughout the construction process
- Lead and future-proof private-sector architecture projects, including new-build and renovation work
- Review concepts critically and refine them with sustainability engineers when needed
- Manage permit applications and related procedures
- Prepare tender packages and convert them into execution documentation
- Monitor construction activities
- Analyze project files and proactively develop execution plans
- Maintain relationships with clients and public authorities
- Present architectural concepts
आवश्यकताएँ
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Approximately three years of professional experience
- Knowledge of environmental permits in Brussels and/or Wallonia is a strong advantage
- Good working knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Critical, creative, curious, and motivated approach to work
- Strong communication, client-service, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of materials and an interest in facade engineering
- Knowledge of spatial-planning legislation
- Willingness to work in a young and dynamic team
- Good command of Dutch, English, and French
