Description

  • Act as the market’s category and mixology authority
  • Secure menu placements with influential accounts
  • Coordinate with and attend important local industry events
  • Deliver brand promotions, tastings, and training programs across the market
  • Track customer and consumer trends and communicate relevant insights
  • Manage activity and promotion calendars while coordinating with distributors and sales teams
  • Send bi-weekly market activity reports to the Regional Market Manager
  • Visit priority on- and off-premise accounts to develop relationships and brand awareness
  • Review sales reports to assess brand performance and support analysis and recommendations
  • Accompany distributor sales representatives when needed
  • Take part in sales blitzes outside the assigned market
  • Retain high-volume accounts and minimize losses
  • Submit weekly program records and deliverables
  • Oversee the assigned budget
  • Visit other markets quarterly when required

Requirements

  • Bring passion, self-direction, creativity, and accountability to the role
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external partners
  • Speak comfortably to small groups and establish credibility as a subject-matter expert
  • Build rapport with bartenders, distributors, and consumers
  • Demonstrate strong financial judgment and budget-management experience
  • Be willing to travel up to 30%
  • Event management or promotional experience is advantageous
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred
