Airbnb Operations Manager – Remote Contract in France
Independent operator managing and optimizing short-term rental properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel for ALB Conciergerie. Build a property-owner portfolio while coordinating local cleaning, maintenance, and guest operations.
Description
- Oversee and improve a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Develop high-performing listings with optimized photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply yield-management and dynamic-pricing approaches
- Administer reservations and maintain guest relationships
- Respond to guest messages and manage check-ins and disputes
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced management
- Run the business using the ALB platform
- Transfer portfolio oversight to the ALB network during absences when needed
- Recruit and refer City Managers where appropriate
Requirements
- Persuasive communication skills and the ability to earn property owners’ trust
- Background in real estate, sales, or another relevant field is welcome
- Strong personal drive and motivation
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional within a structured network
- Interest in developing long-term recurring income
- Self-employed professional status
