Description

Improve AI governance and risk management processes on an ongoing basis
Evaluate a range of AI use cases
Keep the AI registry up to date
Put governance controls into practice
Find opportunities to automate governance work
Work with data and AI engineers, IT compliance teams and business stakeholders
Make practical, scalable governance part of everyday work
Turn laws, standards and internal policies, including the EU AI Act, into clear governance processes
Help shape strategic governance for areas such as self-service Data & AI services and agentic AI use cases
Oversee AI systems from intake and risk assessment through post-deployment controls and ongoing improvement

Requirements

At least three years of practical experience in AI governance, AI risk management or AI compliance
Experience in a complex, data-driven environment is preferred
Practical experience governing AI agents is an advantage
Strong knowledge of AI technologies and relevant governance frameworks, laws and standards, including the EU AI Act
Can explain complex topics through clear, practical guidance
Able to work effectively with technical, compliance and business stakeholders
Strategic problem-solving ability for complex governance challenges
Motivated to build processes that improve continuously
Practical experience with Databricks and the Azure ecosystem is a plus
Coding ability is valuable, particularly for working at scale with the Data & AI Platform
