Description

  • Shape digital workplace AI strategies by evaluating use cases and turning them into roadmaps
  • Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents, connecting data sources, integrations, and Power Automate workflows
  • Deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations from readiness reviews and pilots through launch and adoption
  • Prepare secure AI foundations with permissions, data classification, and governance across SharePoint, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview
  • Connect services such as Azure OpenAI to client solutions
  • Plan and deliver migrations to Microsoft Cloud
  • Develop endpoint management and security with Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access
  • Run AI workshops and user enablement sessions
  • Produce solution concepts, documentation, and decision briefs
  • Lead technical projects or defined workstreams
  • Contribute to pre-sales through discovery, solution planning, estimates, and client presentations
  • Share expertise with client IT teams and internal colleagues
  • Advise clients in varied industries, working with technology leaders and business teams

Requirements

  • At least five years working with Microsoft 365 in digital workplace environments
  • Practical experience with Copilot Studio and related AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Power Platform
  • Experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI initiatives, including governance, data protection, and adoption
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Consulting experience, preferably with a consultancy or IT services provider
  • Background designing, presenting, and delivering client projects
  • Interest in pre-sales work, including requirements gathering, solution development, and persuasive presentations
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders through executive level
  • Organized, self-directed, and focused on practical solutions
  • Advanced German (C1 or higher) and fluent English
  • Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings
  • Certifications such as AI-102, PL-200, or MD-102
  • Experience using Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender XDR
  • Skills in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation
  • Experience in a managed service provider or managed services setting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) ecosystem
