Description

  • Run AI workflows for photo, video, graphic, and text production, keeping them efficient and up to date.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools into production and post-production.
  • Create and process AI content through automated editing, upscaling, and short-form adaptations.
  • Produce creatives designed to perform and help scale content output.
  • Write and refine prompts for scripts, videos, and reusable templates.
  • Maintain content quality and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Find and coordinate contractors for AI projects.
  • Conduct AI experiments and A/B tests to assess creative performance and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams and external partners.
  • Own the quality, efficiency, and turnaround speed of AI-generated content.

Requirements

  • Practical experience using generative AI tools to create text, images, and video.
  • A strong grasp of prompt engineering.
  • Ability to adapt prompts to varied creative and technical needs.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content production, or post-production.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • A systematic approach focused on production.
  • Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Helpful: experience in fitness, wellness, or fashion.
  • Helpful: experience with workflow automation tools.
