Administrative Assistant – Credit and Collections | Yamaha Brasil
Support credit analysis, collections, and financial administration for Yamaha Brasil’s dealership network. The role also covers dealership reporting, payment processes, and core administrative coordination.
Description
- Review and validate dealership financial information, then record it in the BMI (Business Management Intelligence) system
- Track dealership credit and collections while supporting credit reports and collection actions
- Follow up on scheduled financial statement submissions from dealerships
- Document dealership charts of accounts and payment flows
- Evaluate new dealership credit-line proposals under supervision using financial statements and technical criteria
- Coordinate with Sales to obtain current information about dealerships, owners, operators, and dealers
- Help manage collateral in coordination with responsible departments and service providers
- Assist dealerships with payment access and the release or blocking of orders
- Handle administrative tasks such as reports, presentations, supplies, expense records, and travel bookings
- Follow established procedures and contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 objectives and targets
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Knowledge of financial mathematics is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is preferred
- Ability to interpret balance sheets and trial balances is an advantage
- Database management experience is an advantage
