Description

  • Assist the Mission Manager with a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
  • Contribute to accounting review engagements
  • Help prepare annual financial statements
  • Support the preparation of tax packages
  • Analyze financial information and produce reports and dashboards
  • Take part in cash management activities
  • Respond to client needs and provide accounting advice
  • Collaborate with the team under the supervision of the Mission Manager

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in an accounting firm
  • Experience managing a portfolio of very small, small, and medium-sized businesses
  • Positive, motivated, and curious approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with an interest in a people-focused professional environment
