Support client reporting, communication, and campaign analysis while developing AI automations for Grundwerk Digital GmbH’s B2B outreach systems.
Description
- Support daily Account Management operations through reporting, meeting preparation, and client communication.
- Develop Trigger.dev and n8n automations that generate client reports and status updates.
- Maintain accurate lead, response, and meeting records in Close CRM.
- Review response rates, meetings, pipeline activity, and other campaign metrics to prepare client-meeting insights.
- Produce personalized Pitchlane videos and follow-up messages designed to convert responses into meetings.
- Spot potential client issues early and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Requirements
- You are pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, either as part of your current studies or previously.
- You actively use AI and have independently built or automated small projects with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, scripts, or comparable technologies.
- You prioritize leverage and measurable results over time spent.
- You work quickly and independently, carrying assignments through to full completion.
- You actively pursue high performance, welcome feedback, and apply it promptly.
- You communicate clearly and directly.
- You are fluent in German.
- You are proficient in English.
