Account Analyst - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Description
- Lead tactics and define and implement tasks for projects with clear start and end dates
- Analyze information and communicate findings and actionable recommendations
- Ensure deliverable quality through close attention to detail
- Mentor and support interns in their professional development
- Track and manage task delivery across multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor campaigns
- Prepare clear reports using Excel or Google Sheets, Supermetrics, and Looker
- Coordinate projects and deadlines through ClickUp, Asana, or Clockify
- Participate in client meetings to track needs and priorities
- Manage project invoicing and documentation with accuracy and organization
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or project management roles
- Experience in digital agencies focused on performance or conversion is preferred
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and DV360
- Experience using Supermetrics, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Experience coordinating projects with ClickUp, Asana, or Clockify
- Experience tracking and analyzing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and investment pacing
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini and Claude for information analysis, research, insight generation, process optimization, and reporting support
