- Create creative briefs, video scripts, associate communications, and internal presentations.
- Collaborate with Store Operations leaders, initiative owners, and subject-matter experts to understand goals and turn their expertise into visual solutions.
- Develop messaging and story flow before production starts.
- Keep communications clear, visually consistent, audience-focused, aligned with business goals, and compliant with brand standards.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other tools to direct design and infographic development.
- Work with leaders to refine messages and transform raw content into polished presentations.
- Encourage collaboration to strengthen creative work and innovation.
- Manage resources, schedules, and multiple creative projects from initial concept through completion.
- Communicate operational initiatives in ways that support associate adoption and experience.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus three years of operations, project management, or related experience; alternatively, five years of experience in one of these areas.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Experience developing clear, compelling narratives that guide creative work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design principles.
- Ability to distill complex or extensive information into concise messages, frameworks, and visual stories while preserving key meaning and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including leading multiple creative projects from concept through completion.
- Developing familiarity with AI tools used in creative production workflows.
- Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional task forces or projects.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Operations Management.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification.
