UX/UI Designer Intern — Hyphen, Lisbon (Hybrid)
Hyphen is seeking a UX/UI design intern to support research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design for web and mobile products. The role offers practical experience through an IEFP internship on live digital projects.

- Conduct UX research through desk research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and usability testing
- Turn research findings into actionable insights and design opportunities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile products
- Test and refine design concepts in response to user needs and feedback
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of design systems and component libraries
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other project contributors
- Contribute to workshops, brainstorming activities, and design critiques
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree or relevant training in design, UX/UI, multimedia, or a related discipline
- Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship
- Foundational knowledge of UX principles, UX research, or digital product design
- Experience with Figma is advantageous
- Curiosity, strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A portfolio demonstrating your design process, including academic or personal work
