Superannuation Fund Administrator

- Handle and review a range of superannuation administration tasks, from member applications and contribution processing to pension payments and investment changes.
- Coordinate with advisers and internal teams to answer queries and process requested changes.
- Keep member records accurate and current.
- Work with colleagues to resolve requests and operational issues.
- Share feedback and suggest process improvements during team meetings.
- Rotate across tasks to help maintain team coverage and flexibility.
- Meet service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and relevant deadlines in administrative work.
- Escalate errors, incidents, and other issues to the manager to help manage operational and compliance risk.
- Complete other administrative duties as needed.
