Provide counseling and clinical care for patients with opioid use disorder through medication-assisted treatment at Crossroads in Florence, South Carolina. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, referrals, care coordination, and drug screening.

- Deliver individual counseling to patients with complex needs
- Complete clinical assessments to determine treatment requirements
- Create and maintain treatment plans covering care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
- Oversee an assigned caseload while meeting clinical treatment standards
- Work with nurses and providers to deliver holistic care
- Coordinate urine drug screening for patients
- Take part in the Saturday rotation
- Provide medication-assisted treatment services for patients with opioid use disorder
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience supporting underserved populations in a clinical environment
- Personal experience with addiction is advantageous
- Hold at least one of these certifications or licenses: ADC-IP, ADC, LPCA, LPC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, AADC, or LAC
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline
- Ability to work 37–40 hours per week
- Willingness to participate in a Saturday rotation
- Availability for the early schedule of 4:45 AM–1:00 PM, Monday through Friday
