- At least five years of relevant industry experience
- At least two years in a lead designer role guiding clients, projects, and teams
- A portfolio showing excellence in designing and launching successful digital products and services
- Strong knowledge of contemporary user research methods and techniques
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems
- Advanced expertise in user experience and interaction design
- Highly developed design skills with stylistic range and sensitivity to varied subject matter
- Self-direction, strong communication skills, and the ability to succeed in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert knowledge of user experience and interaction design principles
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus
