आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 10 years of experience delivering and consulting on Supply Chain Planning implementations
- Hands-on delivery experience with BY ESP, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, or SAP APO / IBP is valuable; Oracle Supply Chain Planning experience is an added advantage
- Demonstrated success architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing
- Deep supply chain domain expertise is essential
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead solutioning conversations independently and architect scalable answers to complex customer requirements
- SQL and Python experience is advantageous
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain data models
- Experience designing cloud-native planning architectures
- Understanding of API and integration architecture
- Exposure to BY Platform, Data Cloud, or BYDM
- Understanding of AI/ML capabilities for supply chain planning
- Exposure to machine-learning forecasting and intelligent planning solutions
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-led automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is a strong advantage
- Strong architectural judgment and a deep solutioning orientation
- Ability to go beyond standard product capabilities to address customer business challenges
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead customer conversations independently
- Experience in global consulting or supply chain transformation programs is preferred
- APICS or other Supply Chain certifications are preferred
