Lead integrated marketing for Tahaluf’s CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East pharmaceutical events. Drive attendance, exhibitor ROI, qualified lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

- Manage the full marketing lifecycle for CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East events
- Build audience-segmentation strategies for API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big-pharma executives
- Manage the marketing budget and improve returns across paid, earned, and owned media
- Generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads through inbound programs and targeted LinkedIn campaigns
- Direct the development of whitepapers, webinars, and industry reports
- Manage automated Eloqua email journeys that move prospects through the registration funnel
- Serve as the main marketing contact for local health authorities and trade associations
- Negotiate barter partnerships and maintain regional and international trade-press relationships
- Partner with operations to deliver a consistent brand experience on the show floor
- Report weekly on registration progress and exhibitor marketing-qualified leads
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience in B2B event marketing
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare is a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms
- Practical experience with SEO and SEM
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4
- Professional fluency in English is required
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- Able to work without relocation or sponsorship support
