  • Guide the development of cloud-native applications on AWS using contemporary architectural approaches
  • Advance microservices, event-driven architecture, reusable services, and API-first engineering practices
  • Ensure platforms satisfy enterprise expectations for scale, security, availability, and performance
  • Direct the architecture, development, and governance of enterprise APIs and integration platforms
  • Define API lifecycle, security, documentation, and reuse standards
  • Deliver reliable integrations spanning internal, external, and third-party systems
  • Promote the use of AI-assisted tools throughout software development
  • Lead AI application, agent, and intelligent workflow automation development
  • Embed responsible AI governance and security practices across engineering teams
  • Oversee application data architecture using SQL and NoSQL technologies

  • Partner with enterprise architecture to establish technology roadmaps and modernization plans
  • Promote Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, and observability practices
  • Improve software delivery, operational performance, and customer experience continuously
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS requirements

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering and application development
  • At least 5 years leading technical teams and managing people
  • Background leading distributed engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale software
  • Advanced experience designing and building cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and domain-driven design
  • Experience directing large-scale API and integration initiatives
  • Strong command of REST APIs, API gateways, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API lifecycle management
  • Experience building applications with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, or comparable modern platforms
  • Experience scaling enterprise integrations and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database platforms
  • Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Amazon Q, or comparable solutions
  • Experience implementing AI agents and agentic workflows within enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and sound software engineering practices
