Lead new-business growth for Pulse Advertising by winning social media advertising clients in the German market. Own pitches, outbound development, and pipeline progression through to close.

- Own the full pitch process by creating tailored proposals and coordinating creative, strategy, and client services.
- Build new-business opportunities through proactive outbound work with Business Development.
- Execute coordinated outreach across email and LinkedIn.
- Meet growth targets while expanding the client portfolio.
- Provide senior leadership with market intelligence and commercial recommendations.
- Work with global and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and strong client relationships.
- Track KPIs and HubSpot pipeline performance to assess outcomes and improve performance.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of professional experience.
- Agency experience spanning social media, influencer marketing, or digital PR.
- Ability to shape compelling pitches and turn them into strategies focused on measurable results.
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH region or comparable European markets.
- Awareness of current industry developments and trends.
- Self-directed approach with the initiative to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
