Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer
Join Miratech as a senior engineer developing Java, Spring Boot, and React applications for global enterprise IT clients. The role covers APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud deployments.

- Build and support scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services using sound engineering practices.
- Create modern React and TypeScript interfaces with reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interactions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs following an API-first development model.
- Keep OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and error-handling behavior clear and consistent.
- Create modular, maintainable systems with microservices, object-oriented design, and domain-driven design patterns.
- Use Node.js for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, and development tools.
- Model and tune PostgreSQL schemas and queries with a focus on data integrity, performance, and audit history.
- Connect internal and external systems through REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and related integration approaches.
- Containerize services and support cloud deployment patterns, configuration management, and consistent environments.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, quality gates, and repeatable releases.
- Add structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting to applications.
- Investigate functional and production problems while improving performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams on design sessions, reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.

- At least six years of full-stack software development experience, including responsibility for production applications.
- Advanced practical experience with Java and Spring, especially Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
- Strong frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and contemporary testing practices.
- Working knowledge of Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
- Demonstrated ability to design REST APIs and microservices and maintain applications in distributed environments.
- Strong SQL capability and experience creating efficient data models in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based, containerized applications.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear technical writing and the ability to lead client-facing workshops.
- Experience with Workforce Management applications or WFM platform integrations is advantageous.
- AWS and Amazon Connect experience is advantageous.
- Experience creating CX, contact-center, or customer-service applications is advantageous.
- Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktops, digital channels, or related operational concepts is advantageous.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools, and secure software delivery practices is advantageous.
- Experience integrating applications with CRM, identity, HR, payroll, analytics, or other enterprise systems is advantageous.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or building AI-enabled solutions, including Claude or GitHub Copilot, is advantageous.
