विवरण
- Perform statutory and contractual audits for social and solidarity economy organizations
- Review accounts and financial records for compliance with accounting standards and ESS and nonprofit-sector regulations
- Draft audit reports and engagement summaries for executives and governance bodies
- Coach junior auditors and support the development of team members
- Build client relationships and provide advice tailored to ESS-sector challenges
- Help grow the practice by tracking regulatory and sector developments affecting ESS organizations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Master’s degree in accounting, auditing, or finance, a DSCG, business school qualification, or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in an accounting or audit firm, including engagements in the ESS or nonprofit sector
- Knowledge of accounting standards specific to the ESS sector
- Proficiency with office productivity software and audit applications
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and organization when managing engagements
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching abilities for working with clients and colleagues
- Team-oriented approach and comfort working in a dynamic environment with close client contact
- Motivation to join a supportive, ambitious team and develop a long-term career in a business-minded organization
