विवरण

  • Own Wealth.com’s data platform, including pipelines, Airflow, dbt, and its Redshift warehouse.
  • Design, operate, and improve data infrastructure on AWS.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data errors, find their root causes, and prevent repeat issues.
  • Bring data in from multiple sources, clean and model it, and make it available to users.
  • Guide data architecture decisions on warehouse design, scalability, and cost.
  • Record architecture decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
  • Work with Platform engineers on changes to upstream product data models.
  • Develop new pipelines and strengthen existing ones.
  • Manage pipelines and dbt as part of day-to-day operations.
  • Help move workflows to Airflow.
  • Turn business questions and stakeholder needs into data systems.
  • Work with analysts, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 2 years working at a company operating at meaningful scale.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, including Python for data processing and pipeline development.
  • Practical experience using dbt.
  • Experience orchestrating production pipelines with Airflow or a comparable tool.
  • Working knowledge of AWS.
  • Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift.
  • Sound judgment in warehouse and system design.
  • Ability to turn stakeholder needs into code and working systems.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical decisions.
  • Experience migrating pipelines to Airflow or a similar orchestrator is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience with document processing or AI/ML data pipelines is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must not need sponsorship now or in the future.
