  • Create and maintain accessible dashboards and recurring reports with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews using established metric definitions.
  • Turn operational goals, business questions, and reporting needs into useful KPIs, defined metrics, trend analysis, and clear visualizations.
  • Work with business teams to find and resolve data visibility gaps, such as missing fields, ambiguous definitions, and inconsistent processes.
  • Strengthen reporting quality and consistency by following documentation standards and shared metric definitions and governance practices.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, operational improvements, leadership requests, and business decisions.
  • Work across teams to shape business needs into practical analytics solutions.
  • Manage multiple requests and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Create solutions with limited information or precedent, adapting existing approaches where needed.
  • Investigate unusual situations with advanced analytical and problem-solving methods to identify root causes.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of industry principles and operational event data concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard office software and analytics tools, including Power BI dashboards and SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to turn analytical findings into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Understand and follow the security guidelines in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
