Senior Contracts Manager Remote United States
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex commercial agreements for Cushman & Wakefield’s enterprise legal team. Improve contracting processes while advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk, policy, and compliance.

- Deliver transactional legal support across Procurement, Asset Services, and Global Occupier Services
- Drive enterprise-wide improvements in contracting operations and efficiency
- Draft, negotiate, and administer a substantial volume of commercial agreements
- Review contracts and related documents to confirm alignment with business objectives, company policies, applicable laws, and regulations
- Assess and reduce risk in vendor and agency agreements, engagement letters, and other real estate and commercial contracts
- Track changes in legal requirements, regulations, and internal policies
- Keep attorneys informed and revise contract templates when necessary to maintain compliance
- Advance contract workflow practices, templates, and handling procedures to improve operational performance
- Work with team attorneys to exchange best practices and record negotiation and risk-management approaches
- Guide internal stakeholders on contractual matters and applicable policies
- Assist attorneys in creating and maintaining training materials
- Report to the Assistant General Counsel and the leader of the C&W Contracting Centre of Excellence
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in business, law, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred
- At least seven years of experience independently negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing related processes
- Thorough knowledge of commercial contracting principles and practices
- Experience negotiating technology agreements is advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to initiate, lead, and champion changes to contracting processes and practices
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively
- Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management and related systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong fluency with AI tools, or willingness to develop the proficiency needed to integrate AI into daily work
