- Develop communication plans and content strategies across relevant initiatives
- Create and publish content for social media, blogs, campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Partner with Product, Sales, and other teams to gather information, uncover opportunities, and develop relevant content topics
- Proactively identify emerging communication needs and lead efforts to address them
- Manage content production with internal teams and external agencies or vendors
- Maintain the organization, quality, and consistency of deliverables while handling high content volumes
- Evaluate content results through data and metrics, informing decisions and recommending improvements
- Use multiple systems and information sources to collect data for communications development
- Keep content consistent with each brand’s identity, positioning, and strategic direction
- Track social media trends, formats, language, and audience behavior to identify ideas for the content strategy
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline
- Substantial experience planning, creating, and managing content
- Background producing content for social media and other digital channels
- Experience working in corporate settings and collaborating with multiple business areas
- Ability to interpret content performance data and metrics
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organization and the ability to handle competing priorities and demands
- Digital fluency, familiarity with social media, and an active interest in emerging trends, formats, and communication methods
