- Create analytics dashboards primarily with Microsoft Power BI using varied source systems
- Develop clear, effective charts and visualizations
- Design high-impact dashboards that present large data volumes and support informed decisions
- Work with business partners to identify, interpret, and convert key metrics into analytics solutions
- Introduce tools, technologies, and best practices for integration, master data management, maintenance, testing, deployment, reporting, and analytics
- Collaborate with the DBA and Data Integration Specialist on enterprise data warehouse requirements
- Develop solutions with subject matter experts using approved calculations and data elements
- Ensure BI solutions meet security, data privacy, risk, and compliance policies
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of professional experience
- High school diploma
- Microsoft DA-100: Data Analyst Associate certification or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and experience gathering requirements directly from users
- Demonstrated project and time management abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and achieving results
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Authorization to work in the United States
