- Develop the content strategy and roadmap around Nord Security’s B2B marketing objectives
- Plan, scope, and coordinate content initiatives
- Refine the team’s operating processes on an ongoing basis
- Direct content and brand initiatives
- Protect and evolve Nord Security B2B’s tone of voice
- Lead, support, and develop the content team
- Assign work based on individual strengths and manage capacity
- Define and uphold content quality standards across channels and formats
- Collaborate with product marketing, brand, SEO, and other teams to connect content with business needs and insights
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience leading international and remote teams
- Experience managing performance, developing skills, balancing workloads, and providing feedback
- Demonstrated success leading PR and brand initiatives
- Experience defining and applying a brand tone of voice
- Strong content and digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology
- Clear understanding of producing high-quality content across channels and formats
- Experience scoping, planning, and improving operational processes
- Ability to drive innovative, practical solutions
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Confidence working cross-functionally with other teams
