- Create original concepts that address client goals and strengthen B2B brands
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and client service teams
- Maintain close visual attention to detail throughout the creative process
- Direct visual work from initial concept through final delivery
- Hold creative outputs to the highest quality standards
- Use AI tools to bring creative ideas to life
- Support, guide, and motivate junior team members
- Develop distinctive concepts across a broad range of media
- Contribute to campaigns for clients such as GE, Microsoft, and LinkedIn
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in art direction, ideally in an agency setting
- A portfolio of work to present and discuss
- B2B agency experience is helpful but not required
- Proficiency with core Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Practical familiarity with widely used visual AI tools
- Experience with Havas’s proprietary AVA AI platform, or openness to learning it
- Ability to develop visual work with digital tools
