- Direct daily delivery of complex AI engagements spanning strategy, product, technology, and transformation
- Link AI initiatives to business cases, roadmaps, capabilities, operating changes, and adoption plans
- Help clients find high-value AI opportunities and identify the changes needed for scalable implementation
- Convert product and use-case learnings into broader organizational implications
- Turn business priorities and user problems into actionable AI opportunities
- Lead product discovery with client teams and end users
- Guide AI products and solutions from concept through prototyping, development, deployment, and adoption
- Set priorities, define success measures, and determine the most effective route to value
- Coordinate AI engineers, designers, and client teams across business, user, and technical requirements
- Prototype and evaluate ideas with modern AI tools, agents, workflows, and automations
- Manage delivery across multiple workstreams by structuring work, prioritizing effectively, and resolving issues proactively
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through workshops and constructive challenge
- Assume increasing responsibility for client relationships, proposals, and commercial opportunities

- At least four years of experience in consulting, agency work, venture building, or product
- Experience advancing AI products, solutions, or use cases from problem definition through prototyping, development, deployment, or adoption
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including workflows, automations, copilots, agents, or other practical AI applications
- Experience leading substantial workstreams or owning delivery for strategy or transformation engagements
- Experience with business cases, roadmaps, operating models, capability building, adoption, or change management needed to embed AI
- Experience supporting proposals, defining engagement scopes, or expanding existing client accounts
- Ability to connect business objectives with technical feasibility
- Confidence working with complex stakeholder groups and senior leaders
- Low-ego, high-aptitude, high-ownership, outcome-focused, commercially aware, and genuinely interested in AI
