Senior back-end developer building AI agents for Simples Dental’s dental platform. Integrate LLMs, tools, and clinical data securely.

- Build and evolve AI agents that interact with users and perform product tasks
- Develop secure tools and MCP server integrations that let agents query and update system data
- Maintain accurate agent responses grounded in system data
- Evaluate response quality and refine prompts, context, and workflows based on results
- Design for agent resilience despite failures and limitations from AI model providers
- Create and maintain unit and integration tests
- Contribute to code reviews and technical team decisions
- Take part in sprint cycles and carry deliveries through to production
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong back-end expertise in Java, Python, or TypeScript, with willingness to work in Java
- Experience building and versioning REST APIs
- Experience with back-end frameworks including Spring Boot, FastAPI, or NestJS
- Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, plus ORM tools including JPA or Hibernate
- Experience writing unit tests
- Working knowledge of Git
- Understanding of Clean Code principles and design patterns
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features, including model API calls, tool or function calling, and response handling
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar
- Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-delivery environment
- Preferred: production experience with agents or integrated AI features; context engineering, prompting, conversation memory, and RAG; response evaluation and agent observability; MCP; NoSQL databases such as Redis or MongoDB; Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes
