- Ability to use D.R. Horton Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Ability to use common-sense judgment to follow instructions provided in writing, orally, or through D.R. Horton Sales applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to stand and walk for four consecutive hours or up to a full eight-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; use stairs and walk on uneven terrain; handle objects and reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Licensing requirements vary by state.
- Prior CRM software experience preferred.
- Previous sales experience and industry knowledge preferred.
