Sales Development Representative - Makati City Hybrid
Junior Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and client correspondence for Wing Assistant. This full-time role follows a hybrid setup in Makati City, with onsite training and nesting requirements.

- Conduct cold outreach and follow up with prospective leads
- Develop and distribute personalized prospect email campaigns
- Use discovery questions to assess whether prospects meet client criteria
- Arrange sales meetings for qualified prospects and sales representatives
- Manage email replies and correspondence follow-ups
- Maintain client inboxes based on their organizational preferences
- Alert clients to important incoming messages
- Handle additional tasks as assigned
- Complete 10 days of onsite training during the training and nesting periods
- Work onsite during nesting when located within commuting distance of the Makati office
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of experience in the BPO or virtual assistant sector
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging
- Effective organization and time-management abilities
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift
- Comfortable with desktop sharing, cloud platforms, and VoIP tools
- Proficiency with word processors and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar
- Proactive approach and openness to training
- Noise-cancelling USB headset
- Reliable working webcam
- Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM or more
- Primary internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
- Availability during US working hours for 20 to 40 hours per week
