- At least 3 months of call-center sales experience
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10

- 8 GB of RAM
- Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

- Availability to attend training with the camera turned on
- A quiet, suitable workspace for working from home
- Openings available in Lima and other provinces

- Skills in target-based work, active listening, persuasion, results orientation, sales closing, effective communication, customer service, call-center operations, telesales, and commercial negotiation
