- Coordinate tasks, timelines and progress updates across the UK team's projects
- Keep project plans, task lists and schedules up to date
- Lead weekly check-ins and record agreed actions
- Follow up with task owners and help resolve blockers
- Prepare progress reports for managers and clients
- Keep project documents organised and current
- Work from home using cloud-based tools
- Communicate with and support the UK-based team
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience coordinating projects or team tasks
- Experience using a project management tool such as Asana, Trello or Monday.com
- Strong written English and careful attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection
- Eligible to work remotely from South Africa
- PMP, Prince2 or similar certification is an advantage
- Marketing or software team experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with Gantt charts is an advantage
