- Run weekly and biweekly payroll for U.S. employees.
- Process garnishments and off-cycle payments.
- Reconcile weekly payroll variances.
- Review time, labor, and absence records.
- Investigate and resolve payroll issues and employee pay inquiries.
- Respond to payroll policy questions from internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Use Oracle HCM Cloud to carry out payroll tasks.
- Prepare year-end reports using Oracle and ADP.
- Review reconciliations and process W-2 and W-2C forms.
- Support planning and integration for newly acquired companies.
- Recommend improvements to systems and processes.
- Help maintain smooth operations within the payroll team.
- Work safely and efficiently.
- Apply GMP/GLP practices where appropriate.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
- Experience handling payroll across multiple states.
- Experience with a payroll system and accounting programs is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet development and data analysis.
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is preferred.
