- Apply campaign performance data and stakeholder feedback to strengthen creative and communicate design decisions.
- Work with marketing and copywriting teams to keep visual and written messaging aligned.
- Develop reusable templates and maintain well-organized asset libraries for efficient, consistent production.
- Provide quality-checked exports and editable source files on schedule, resolving layout, copy, and formatting issues before handoff.

- Experience turning creative briefs and brand guidelines into completed digital assets.
- Professional proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or comparable design software.
- Ability to develop several creative directions and improve work through constructive feedback.
- Fluent written and spoken English for effective remote teamwork.
- Strong project organization, including consistent file naming, version tracking, and timely deadline communication.
- Motion graphics or short-form video editing experience for advertising content.
- Experience supporting creative A/B testing and using campaign performance to guide design choices.
