Remote Full-Stack Engineer (Python, React) — Poland
Build Python and React components for a cloud-native telecommunications product information service. Develop APIs, integrations, tests, and scalable data solutions.

- Build and maintain front-end and back-end components for a data-intensive web system.
- Design, implement, and support REST APIs and integrations with internal platforms and services.
- Develop scalable applications and database solutions.
- Write clear, maintainable, testable code in line with engineering best practices.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Review code and contribute to technical documentation.
- Work with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams in regular meetings and planning sessions.
- Take part in Agile estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help improve system reliability, deployment automation, and performance.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from architecture discussions through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and React.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern application deployment approaches.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab CI.
- Understanding of software development best practices, testing approaches, and code quality standards.
- Upper-intermediate English.
- Next.js experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure experience, particularly AKS, is a plus.
- Familiarity with MCP and RAG-based systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive approach with attention to quality and maintainability.
- Willingness to contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement.
