Remote Content Marketing Manager, Communications Operations
Lead multimedia content, editorial planning, SEO, research, events, and cross-functional communications for Brown and Caldwell’s environmental engineering brand. The role combines content strategy, performance optimization, project coordination, and mentoring.

- Create and manage content for reputation, brand awareness, communications, marketing, recruiting, and pursuit support
- Use storytelling, visual, audio, video, and creative formats to present BC’s services, expertise, and innovations
- Lead content development for major industry events and conferences
- Plan and conduct audience and market research
- Manage editorial calendars and communications plans
- Partner with technical experts, sales teams, and other functions on content and story development
- Recommend content strategies that support business and campaign objectives
- Analyze performance data to test, improve, and report on content and communications
- Lead projects and coordinate contributors to deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Support initiatives aimed at securing top-tier media coverage
- Define KPIs and create content testing plans
- Develop and source SEO content through keyword research and on-page optimization
- Oversee proofreading and editing workflows
- Act as the primary content lead for a strategic conference or industry event
- Complete final reviews to ensure brand and industry alignment
- Mentor and support less experienced team members through guidance and knowledge sharing
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing large-scale projects and content calendars
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating final content reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced copywriting and editing skills across multimedia, web, and written content
- Advanced proficiency with documentation tools and software
- Strong working knowledge of communications channels
- Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Solid understanding of corporate branding and brand voice
- Ability to give clear direction to graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
