- Manage clinical studies from initiation through close-out
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
- Act as the main contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate work across departments
- Assess project risks and put mitigation plans in place
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
- Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and bid defenses when needed
- Share regular project updates and financial forecasts with internal and external stakeholders
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience as a clinical project manager in clinical research
- Two to three years or more of dermatology clinical trial experience
- CRO experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage study budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative remote setting
- Must be located in the United States; West Coast candidates are preferred
