- Maintain project timelines, priorities, task lists, and follow-up.
- Support training and curriculum development, from expert content and recordings to materials, digital learning projects, and implementation details.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, agendas, notes, documents, communications, and follow-up.
- Organize program resources, including training materials, templates, documentation, records, and shared digital workspaces.
- Manage training logistics, including registration, attendance, materials, participant communications, platform updates, and post-training follow-up.
- Coordinate with team members, presenters, advisory committee members, and other stakeholders.
- Track decisions and action items.
- Support the Care Partner Program in partnership with the Director of Client Care and Director of Training.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Occasional schedule flexibility for trainings, events, or time-sensitive program needs.
- Ability to travel occasionally for Her PLAN trainings, events, team meetings, or visits to SBA Pro-Life America headquarters as requested.
