- Monitor and administer Azure environments while resolving incidents
- Administer Windows and Linux systems, including patch management
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Oversee backups, tagging, dashboards, service requests, and changes
- Improve performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Act as the customer-facing technical contact, recommending improvements and leading initiatives
- Coordinate, prioritize, and deliver infrastructure and service improvements
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience administering systems and infrastructure with Azure
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud monitoring and incident resolution
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, backups, and performance optimization
- C1-level English proficiency
- Ability to liaise with customers, coordinate activities, and present improvement proposals
- A higher vocational qualification or university degree is considered an advantage
