  • Develop and maintain Snowflake dbt models using bronze, silver, and gold medallion layers.
  • Manage change data capture ingestion from transactional systems into Snowflake with Fivetran and similar tools.
  • Shape Snowflake and dbt models into a governed semantic layer for reporting and analytics.
  • Create reliable, tested gold-layer datasets for BI reporting and downstream AI and agentic workloads.
  • Use star schemas and slowly changing dimensions to support multi-tenant SaaS reporting.
  • Work with data operations, platform engineering, product teams, and other colleagues.
  • Write dbt tests and documentation.
  • Track pipeline health and data freshness, and create alerts.
  • Monitor Snowflake warehouse usage and query performance, then tune models and warehouses.
  • Translate reporting needs from Product, Sales, and Customer Success into well-modeled data.
  • Support row-level security and data access design to isolate multi-tenant customer data.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Production experience building, testing, and maintaining dbt models at scale.
  • Experience with change data capture pipelines and ELT tools such as Fivetran.
  • Familiarity with Power BI; experience with semantic models or measures is preferred.
  • Understanding of medallion architecture and how gold-layer data serves BI and AI use cases.
  • Experience in a multi-tenant SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with Git-based version control and CI/CD for analytics code, including reviewed and deployed dbt or SQL changes.
  • Working knowledge of a pipeline orchestration tool such as dbt Cloud, Airflow, or Dagster.
  • Python skills for data workflow scripting and automation.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical modeling decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems end to end in a lean team.
  • Exposure to data ontology or semantic modeling for AI and agentic workloads is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy considerations such as HIPAA is a bonus.
