  • Prepare and submit professional claims
  • Resolve routine claim errors and rejections
  • Manage assigned billing and follow-up queues in Epic
  • Use working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer requirements
  • Achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Must reside and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas before the start date
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; some schedule flexibility may be available
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Level 1: At least one year of medical insurance experience
  • Level 1: No certification, license, or registration required
  • Level 2: At least three years of professional billing experience
  • Level 2: Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification required within one year of hire
  • Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer requirements
  • Follow-up and denials experience preferred
  • Able to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness expectations
