- Convert complex technical capabilities into clear, benefit-focused value propositions
- Create persuasive copy for product launches, landing pages, email campaigns, and video scripts
- Collaborate with product management, design, and demand generation teams on product positioning
- Shape and maintain a consistent product voice and tone across customer-facing channels
- Write social posts, visual creative copy, newsletters, and email subject lines
- Produce case studies, blog posts, guides, and articles that highlight customer success and thought leadership
- Evaluate competitor messaging, test headlines with A/B experiments, and apply SEO practices to expand reach

- At least five years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or product-led marketing
- A portfolio featuring effective product launches, website copy, or campaign messaging
- Excellent grammar and storytelling skills, including the ability to make technical ideas accessible
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content management systems, and analytics tools
- Outstanding writing and editing ability, with skill in turning complex information into concise, engaging content for varied audiences
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to advise and influence key stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with digital channels and content formats
- Ability to adapt writing strategically for different platforms, formats, and brand voices
