Performance Media Analyst – E-commerce (Remote, Nicaragua)
Performance Media Analyst responsible for managing digital campaigns that drive e-commerce sales at Endavant. Optimize media investment, conversions, and growth through data analysis and A/B testing.

- Design, configure, and launch campaigns across digital platforms, primarily focused on e-commerce sales generation and customer acquisition
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize conversions, sales, and ROI/ROAS
- Collect, interpret, and analyze campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare customized client reports with results, insights, and strategic recommendations focused on sales and revenue
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate investment to maximize sales and profitability
- Analyze user behavior throughout the e-commerce funnel and identify optimization opportunities
- Track ROAS, ROI, CPA, average order value, conversion rate, revenue, acquisition cost, and sales volume
- Design and execute A/B tests for creative assets, audiences, messaging, promotions, and conversion strategies
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of data, users, and digital channels
- Collaborate with e-commerce, sales, design, content, and development teams
- Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce performance marketing
- Advise clients on digital acquisition, conversion, and sales growth strategies
आवश्यकताएँ
- 1–2 years of experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns focused on e-commerce and online sales generation
- Demonstrated experience developing strategies for digital acquisition, conversion, and sales growth
- Experience managing campaigns with Purchase, Conversion, Revenue, or Sales objectives
- Knowledge of and experience with metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, average order value, and acquisition cost
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
- Experience with programmatic media platforms such as DV360 and MediaMath
- Experience working with e-commerce conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, and Google Data Studio
- Ability to interpret data, build informative dashboards, and generate insights focused on sales and growth
- Experience collaborating with e-commerce, sales, CRM, or commercial teams
