Performance Marketing Manager (Remote, India)
Lead Maker Lab’s Direct Response program for technology and e-commerce clients, overseeing media investment, forecasting, experimentation, pacing, and performance reporting across multiple markets.

- Turn product strategies into clear, actionable media briefs
- Coordinate agency activation and operations teams to deliver campaigns accurately
- Build and manage multi-channel traffic and conversion forecasts
- Track investment pacing in real time and resolve anomalies or optimisation opportunities
- Monitor GStore inventory and identify potential stockout risks
- Lead the Learning Agenda roadmap
- Partner with agencies on A/B tests, experiments, and creative updates
- Record test outcomes and apply insights to the broader strategy
- Bring together complex performance data from across the digital ecosystem
- Develop data-led interpretations of traffic and sales results
- Create recurring Direct Response reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Share actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Set implementation approaches and delivery timelines for strategic initiatives
- Align product, marketing, and sales stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy regulations, and brand safety standards
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least six years of experience in performance marketing or paid media operations, with demonstrated success generating bottom-of-funnel sales or activations
- Practical experience buying performance media, or closely overseeing buying, across Google Ads Search, Display, and YouTube
- Experience creating and running structured learning agendas that include A/B and incrementality testing
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including turning unprocessed data into clear performance narratives
- Demonstrated expertise forecasting and pacing budgets for high-spend accounts
- Experience briefing media agencies and holding partners accountable for KPIs and spend pacing
- Background in consumer electronics or high-volume e-commerce
- Expert knowledge of full-stack media platforms
- Familiarity with analytics and visualisation tools used to create automated performance dashboards
- Experience managing media activity across multiple markets
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work in an APAC-aligned schedule beginning at 5:30 a.m. IST
