Lead growth for a science-backed skincare brand through Meta creative strategy, funnel optimization, and structured experimentation. Oversee marketing workflows, team coordination, KPI-based decisions, and scalable growth initiatives.

- Oversee Meta performance creative campaigns
- Develop compelling hooks and creative angles
- Complete scripts in collaboration with the founder team
- Run creative tests and scale the strongest performers
- Take on increasing operational responsibility for copywriters, video editors, creators, and other marketing functions
- Establish efficient workflows and consistent delivery across the marketing team
- Create and improve funnel components, including landing pages, product pages, and checkout
- Find additional growth opportunities across channels, creative angles, markets, and product bundles
- Translate promising growth opportunities into practical execution plans
- Evaluate key performance indicators, make clear decisions, and direct marketing with a results-focused approach
- Strengthen creative performance, conversion rates, workflows, collaboration, and ongoing testing
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience in performance marketing or growth for DTC or e-commerce businesses
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and direct-response creative development
- A demonstrated record of building or operationally scaling brands
- Experience leading small teams spanning copywriting, video, and creator functions
- Strong knowledge of funnel strategy and conversion optimization
- Practical experience using AI-powered creative production workflows
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Beauty, skincare, or wellness experience is a plus
- Experience extending brand growth beyond acquisition into retention and community is a plus
