- Support partners of the Interior/Niterói Branch in Macaé and Nova Friburgo with effective, tailored commercial service.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect accounts to expand the partner network.
- Manage the broker portfolio and build strong, profitable relationships.
- Use corporate tools to analyze data and performance indicators, supporting decisions and problem resolution.
- Assist with broker training and professional development.
- Make commercial visits and travel to grow the region’s business base.
- Report to the Manager.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in insurance companies, credit unions, or brokerage firms.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for business travel and commercial visits.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Residence in Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ, or surrounding areas.
- Preferred: experience using Power BI or comparable analytics tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
