  • Lead objective, balanced discussions with healthcare professionals on emerging scientific evidence, including potential benefits and risks.
  • Engage qualified experts through advisory boards, speaker programs, and strategically aligned clinical trials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals recognized for scientific excellence.
  • Deliver regional intelligence on clinical practice, emerging issues, and trends to guide medical planning and evidence generation.
  • Provide field-based scientific expertise for product lifecycle activities within assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Use scientific exchange to uncover research opportunities and refer them to the Medical Advisor through the Externally Sponsored Research process.
  • Prepare priority clinical sites with relevant molecule and disease knowledge before site initiation.
  • Partner with clinical operations to help activate sites promptly and support patient recruitment within study timelines.
  • Act as a trusted oncology resource by converting emerging data into practical treatment discussions.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Ability to synthesize scientific evidence effectively and discuss it with physicians at a peer level.
  • Healthcare or scientific background, such as PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc, with relevant professional expertise.
  • At least two years of pharmaceutical-industry experience in a role involving physician engagement.
  • Strong capacity to learn and apply complex scientific concepts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
  • Organized, self-directed approach to managing responsibilities.
  • Expert understanding of the healthcare landscape, including opinion leaders, academia, and the broader medical community.
  • Availability and ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Oncology experience, especially in gastrointestinal cancers, is preferred.
